We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to turn our clients' visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and train a landscape crew of 2+ crew members
• Coordinate and perform daily tasks that include planting, mulching, pruning, edging, stone, etc.
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and follows safety procedures
• Interact professionally with clients and address on-site questions or concerns
• Track job progress and report completion, issues or delays
• Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Snow removal management services during the winter required  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of landscaping experience; leadership experience preferred
• Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• CDL desired, Chauffeur's
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Working Conditions: Fast paced environment, outdoors in various conditions including heat, humidity, rain, dust, noise and cold. Some weekends may be required.
